What will you be doing
- Overseeing supply chain operations from issuing orders until shipments arrival
- Order processing through continuous communication with warehouse operations and Planning
- Operating international support shipments (Drop import Export).
- Monitoring shipments costs timelines and productivity while analyzing and optimizing procedures
- Issue weekly reports reflecting order statuses & financial aspects
- Troubleshooting in ordering processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement.
- Global KPI management
- Coordinating all reverse logistics issues from Resolve RMA inquiries to the shipping process.
- Working with the Israeli HQ team on daily basis.

Requirements :
- BA in Business Administration or general field
- Must have excellent English
- 2 years experience in Data Analysis
- 23 Years experience in an administrative role
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel) CRM and ERP applications
- Highly organized and process oriented
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in logistics International shipping RMA (reverse logistics) end to end Logistics process
