Job Description

We are looking to hire a candidate with experience in Industrybased marketing.

Good to have IBM (Industry based marketing) with ABM (Account based marketing) profiles.

About Role:

  • Budget 35 LPA (85% fixed; 15% variable).
  • Level DGM Marketing

Key expectations:

  • Global marketing exposure with mandatory IBM OR (IBM & ABM)
  • Must have 12 years (8 in IBM)
  • Location Mumbai OR Delhi (GK1)

  • MBA is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic ABM Program Leadership
Design and execute ABM strategies targeting highvalue accounts to drive revenue growth.
Develop personalized marketing plans for target accounts with clear growth executive engagement pipeline and revenue goals.

2. Sales and Marketing Alignment
Collaborate with sales teams on account plans marketing strategy and customer programs to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
Nurture buyer committees within accounts creating tailored marketing initiatives for decisionmakers.
Work with sales to nurture contacts within prioritized accounts and drive new account opportunities.

3. CrossFunctional Collaboration
Engage with Regional marketing teams and digital and product marketing and identify key programs and events collaborating with new proposition development and product sales specialists to pursue marketing programs.

4. Campaign Management and Execution
Oversee multichannel marketing campaign execution including planning budget management followup and reporting.
Leverage existing assets to position the company as a strategic partner helping customers maximize the value of the solutions and services provided.

5. Customer Relationship Management and Engagement
Build and nurture relationships with key accounts focusing on executive engagement and personalized marketing strategies.

6. Performance Measurement and Reporting
Track the success of ABM programs using KPIs related to engagement pipeline generation marketing ROI and Order Book achieved
Provide regular performance reports to senior management recommending optimizations based on data.


Qualifications:
A bachelor s degree in business administration marketing or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing with 5years in Accountbased marketing globally (US/ Europe exposure is a must).
Industry knowledge in at least 2 industries (manufacturing retail BFSI is a plus)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the communications technology industry is a plus.
