Job Summary:
As LCI grows its operations and strengthens its regional portfolio it is seeking a qualified and motivated Senior Business Advisor (SBA) to provide HR management support and services including recruitment and selection policy formulation and HR operations. In support of HR strategy and organizational development the objectives of the SBAs role will include providing technical expertise and research report writing and business analysis assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the planning and implementation of human resource development initiatives such as organisational transformation workforce optimization talent management and learning and development.
- Assist in the facilitation of client engagements focused on human resource management and organisational development such as strategic planning leadership retreats and teambuilding workshops.
- Conduct research and collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to prepare technical reports develop presentation content ensuring clear articulation of methodologies outcomes and deliverables for client engagements.
- Work with LCI team members and subject matter experts to determine key inferences and make recommendations based on best practices industry standards and benchmarks.
- Support clients in all facets of talent management including talent acquisition employee development performance management and succession planning to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Contribute to change management efforts guiding clients through organisational transformations to promote adaptability sustainability and alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide project coordination support and work within a project management framework for ensuring efficient and timely project execution.
- Mentor and coach team members sharing knowledge in best practices and supporting continuous learning within the team.
- Support Practice Leaders and other team members as and when needed.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
Required:
- A bachelors degree in business management human resources behavioural sciences or another businessrelated field
- Minimum of 6 years professional experience within a corporate environment as a human resource professional or senior business analyst with demonstrated advisory skills
- HR certification from a recognised body is an asset
- Outstanding presentation reporting writing and communication skills
- Good interpersonal engagement and relational skills with the ability to work as part of a project team
- Selfmotivated proactive and excited by continuous improvement and learning
Preferred:
- Professional experience working within a project management framework working towards project objectives within stipulated timelines
- Experience in public sector development or business transformation projects
