Job Summary/
Primary Role Objective:
The Business Analyst (BA) is tasked with leading research and analysis to develop content produced by LCI Consulting Inc inclusive of presentation packages for all lines of services and solutions offered by LCI. The incumbent will also execute various tasks and activities on HR focused projects for clients within the public and private sectors. To this end the BA must keep abreast of business and human resource and management best practices and tools. and nbsp;
The successful candidate must be highly skilled and have a real passion for developing compelling and attractive graphics and visuals using online tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of HR client engagements activities specific but not limited to HR advisory services talent acquisition and management change and transformation and learning and development and nbsp;
Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative data gathering exercises via research surveys interviews or focus groups following best practices
Compilation and analysis of data and reporting on findings including but not limited to charts tables and other presentation techniques
Develop compelling content and visuals in presentation or report format in support of client deliverables using graphics video and other media.
Work with LCI team members and subject matter experts to write technical reports which clearly articulate project details methodologies outcomes and other deliverables for clients
Research and develop presentation content for key projects reports case studies and proposals
Provide project coordination support and work within a project management framework for all project work
Support Managing Partners Practice Leaders and other team members as an when needed
Qualifications and Key Skills:
A bachelors degree in business management human resources behavioural sciences or other businessrelated field
3 years corporate experience specifically working in the areas of human resources. HR Generalist experience is desirable. and nbsp;
Highly proficient in MS Word PowerPoint Excel and similar applications with the ability to create attractive and compelling content and organise data for analysis
Highly proficient in English with excellent writing skills the candidate must have the ability to process and synthesize complex issues clearly and concisely within a business context
Strong customer and delivery focus taking a consultative and solutionoriented approach to clients
Above average communication and emotional intelligence skills
Strong bias for action professional rigor problemsolving and time management
Desirable skills:
Experience in the preparation of reports for a professional services firm
Experience with regional and international donor agencies such as the Caribbean Development Bank InterAmerican Bank World Bank European Union etc.
