Job Description
- You are directly involved in the order taking and order placing process
- Responsible to coordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Indepth knowledge of food and beverage operations including menu items ingredients and preparation methods.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
