Our client is an independently owned Community Pharmacy with a Large Logistics Order fulfillment centre located in South Surrey. Our client is working closely with multiple networks and digital brand companies selling products online.
This location facilitates the fulfillment process for brands through nationwide delivery. Our client takes pride in the ability to provide customers with a great endtoend experience for their online transactions. Our success is ultimately dependent on our team members who provide the best possible care in every order.
About The Position:
We are looking for a FullTime Order Fulfillment Associate to join the Team.
Reporting to the Directors the successful candidate will be able to work independently without the need for oversight and must demonstrate strong initiative to take on pending tasks to completion. Despite the need to work independently you must be able to work in a close team who will have consistent huddles and review sessions where insights and learnings are to be shared.
Responsibilities:
Receive scan pick pack audit and ship prescription orders.
Operate a clean and safe work environment. Ensure that all areas are kept in order
Optimization of fulfillment workflow.
Initiative to move from one task to the next using logic and prioritization.
Independent task completion with meticulous attention to organization and detail.
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track and monitor customer records.
Follow the Company s Required Operating Procedures (ROPs) and SOPs requirements
Maintain privacy and confidentiality according to Provincial and Federal regulations.
Continue to look for ways to improve current processes with enhancements and ideas.
Learning multiple online platforms and software tools to communicate such as:
Slack
Zendesk
Pharmacy Management Systems
GSuite
Asana
FedEx Webservices
Canada Post Desktop
Qualifications:
Excellent written verbal and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Strong customer service and communication
Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must
Computer literate possessing intermediate skills within GSuite
Flexible to situations and adaptable to change
A thorough understanding of quality assurance and delivery of service excellence
Excellent organizational skills effective time management
The ability to shift priorities working within established timelines
Resultsoriented paying attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Accuracy in data entry is mandatory
Requirements:
Experience working with intricate and multiple product SKUs
Experience in entering and retrieving data in an inventory management system.
Willing and able to stand at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to work overtime if required.
Experience with prescription based order fulfillment is an asset
The individuals selected for this position must be able to work full time hours and commute to the South Surrey Area.
You must have an excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.

Only candidates who live within a 30 minute to 45 minute commute of this location will be considered. Only candidates available to work full time will be considered and eligible to work within Canada for no less than 5 years.
