The Opportunity
Were seeking midlevel and senior Real Estate associates to join a prominent and expanding team in New York NY. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work on highprofile real estate transactions contribute to significant deals and grow professionally in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
What Youll Do
- Represent clients in transactions involving mortgage and mezzanine debt (lender and borrower side).
- Handle jointventure equity arrangements acquisitions dispositions and development projects.
- Draft review and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop innovative solutions for real estate transactions.
- Support and mentor junior team members as part of a supportive and collegial culture.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Midlevel or senior associate with experience in one or more areas including mortgage/mezzanine debt jointventure equity work acquisitions and dispositions and/or development.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
- Skills: Excellent legal research transactional drafting and negotiation skills.
- Additional Consideration: Candidates with strong nonreal estate transactional backgrounds and an interest in real estate law will also be considered.
