Hazen Technologies Inc. a leading US company is seeking an exceptionally skilled content professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective content strategies for BPO and Software Development Services in the US market. Collaborates closely with Marketing Sales and IT teams to create highquality engaging content that drives business growth and customer acquisition.
Candidate Experience
37 years of B2B content creation particularly in IT BPO and Legal sectors.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing sales and business objectives.
- Identify content needs for USbased audiences ensuring relevance and resonance with target industries.
2. Content Creation & Management:
- Produce highquality goaldriven content including blogs case studies white papers website copy and social media posts.
- Craft engaging and technically accurate content for Legal process outsourcing services with a focus on managed services for Big Law firms.
- Collaborate with the IT team to create compelling content that highlights Information Technology services emphasizing Generative AI enterprise application solutions and integration and custom application development.
3. Research & Insights:
- Conduct indepth research on industry trends competitor strategies and target audience preferences to create insightful content that addresses customers pinpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and success stories for case studies and white papers.
4. SEO & Optimization:
- Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility rankings and organic traffic in collaboration with SEO specialist.
5. Editing & Quality Assurance:
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure alignment with Hazen Techs brand voice and guidelines.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing sales and IT teams to ensure content supports lead generation customer engagement and business growth goals.
