Job Title: Digital Experience Creative Designer

Reports: Digital Marketing Director

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM US Hours

Job Type: Onsite

Location: Near Kalma Chowk Lahore

Job Summary:

Creative Experience Designers are pivotal in shaping digital experiences by designing visually compelling and usercentered solutions that enhance customer engagement drive conversions and promote brand loyalty. As a key member of the Creative & Digital Experience team you will bring the brand to life across diverse digital platforms aligning creative strategies with marketing merchandising and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Designing & Mapping Customer Journeys

  • Collaborate with marketing merchandising and brand strategy teams to create seamless endtoend customer journeys ensuring that each digital touchpoint is visually engaging aligned with the brand and optimized for the best user experience
  • Design seasonal and eventbased shopping experiences on the website and within the app that showcase new collections highlight promotions and meet customers evolving needs.
  • Conduct research to understand customer behavior and use insights to develop design flows that enhance the overall experience and increase brand engagement.

Iterative Design Aligned with Marketing Goals

Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to grasp key goals for campaigns product launches and highlights adjusting digital creatives to meet these objectives.

Apply an iterative design process to test refine and improve assets based on performance data feedback from stakeholders and evolving marketing goals.

Work with analytics teams to review campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve and optimize creative assets.

CrossChannel Asset Creation & Support

Create visual assets for a variety of digital channels including ecommerce social media email marketing and paid ads.

Ensure designs are optimized for each platform and maintain a consistent brand voice while meeting customer expectations.

Be adaptable to the brands seasonal and campaign requirements providing rapid ideation and production for fastpaced digital initiatives.

Technical Collaboration & ProblemSolving

Understand the technical limitations and opportunities of the website and mobile platforms collaborating with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs.

Work with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot design challenges providing creative and technical solutions.

Clearly communicate design requirements to development teams ensuring the final product reflects the intended UX/UI aspects and is technically sound.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and digital marketing
  • Experience in retail design is a plus
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing prototyping and creating responsive designs
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects etc.) with the ability to create highquality visuals animations and interactive content
  • Familiarity with UX research methods such as A/B testing user interviews and surveys to understand customer behavior
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with crossfunctional teams including marketing merchandising UX and technical teams
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana Jira Trello) to manage tasks monitor progress and ensure timely coordination
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is an advantage

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in ecommerce design digital marketing and UX best practices injecting fresh ideas into the creative process
  • Engage in continuous professional development attending webinars and workshops to enhance your design expertise
