Role Overview
This position involves managing the implementation and ongoing development of a CRM platform for financial professionals with a focus on Salesforce. The role serves as a central point of contact for stakeholders and drives the successful execution of the CRM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a strategic vision for the CRM platform tailored to the needs of financial advisors and their teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their goals and challenges.
- Regularly engage with users to identify areas where CRM can provide impactful solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools relevant to financial advisory services.
- Prioritize features and translate business demands into a clear actionable roadmap.
- Develop detailed business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Oversee the execution of project plans proactively managing risks dependencies and challenges.
- Review sprint deliverables to confirm they meet established requirements and expectations.
- Lead user acceptance testing and monitor quality assurance to ensure the final product aligns with business needs.
- Develop and execute a communication and training plan to support the successful launch of CRM tools.
- Conduct regular forums with stakeholders to ensure the platform evolves to address key business priorities.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a product manager in financial services or a similar industry with a focus on wealth management or brokerage firms or consulting to such firms.
- Proven track record of managing successful CRM projects particularly Salesforce implementations.
- Indepth knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the needs and workflows of financial advisors and their support teams.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to connect across organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to define and share a clear product vision.
- Highly organized with expertise in project planning and managing risks and issues.
