• Regulatory Insight: Representing clients in merger reviews compliance matters and investigations by the DOJ and FTC.

In this position you will:

• Represent clients in highprofile civil litigation DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations and criminal enforcement matters.
• Advise on merger reviews antitrust compliance and regulatory strategies.
• Draft and review pleadings motions and legal briefs for complex cases.
• Develop innovative legal strategies for clients navigating multifaceted antitrust challenges.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide comprehensive legal counsel.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience and Expertise

• Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience (law school class years ) in antitrust litigation government investigations or compliance matters.
• Government Service Advantage: Experience working with DOJ/FTC enforcement agencies or prior government service is highly preferred.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from a toptier accredited law school with excellent academic performance.

Core Competencies

• Antitrust Knowledge: Substantive understanding of U.S. antitrust laws including the Sherman Act Clayton Act and FTC Act.
• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to craft and implement innovative legal strategies.
• Analytical Excellence: Strong legal research and writing skills for developing compelling arguments.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior associates.

Additional Attributes

• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility to waive into California.
• Familiarity with Federal Circuit appellate practice and criminal enforcement matters is highly valued.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to solving legal challenges.
