Job Description
- Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and trading profiles.
- Promote new products and services ensuring clients are informed of the latest offerings.
- Provide training and support on the company s trading platforms and tools to enhance the client experience.
- Analyze client data and industry trends to identify opportunities for increasing loyalty and driving engagement.
- Maintain high levels of client acquisition retention and reactivation to ensure ongoing satisfaction and performance.
- Language Skills: Native/fluent in German (spoken and written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience:
- Previous experience in FX sales is essential.
- Knowledge of financial markets or trading experience is a plus.
- Sales experience with a focus on client retention is highly desirable.
- Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in Cyprus is required.
- CySEC Basic Certification is a strong asset.
- Skills:
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and focused on achieving targets.
- A collaborative team player dedicated to meeting client needs.
- Proficient in MS Excel for tracking performance metrics (advanced skills are an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to address client concerns and enhance their experience.
