Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- 35 years of relevant work experience in mechanical design or analysis.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics principles.
- Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools.
- Strong mathematical and scientific foundation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Handson experience in prototyping and testing.
- Ability to work effectively in team settings and maintain collaboration.
- Knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes.
- Project management skills including experience with project planning tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO or ASME.
