Overview: The Business Analyst with ERP IFS is a crucial role within the organization ensuring that business needs are met through effective utilization of the IFS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Analyze existing functional processes and workflows.
- Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure ERP IFS configuration meets business needs.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to endusers on the IFS ERP system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines.
- Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements changes and project statuses.
- Support data migration and system integration activities as required.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Facilitate meetings to communicate project updates and solicit stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically with ERP systems.
- Handson experience with IFS ERP software is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping and analysis techniques.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to ERP systems.
