Job Description

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutchspeaking HR Payroll and Support to join their team in Valencia.
Position: HR Payroll and Support
Location: Valencia Spain
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to customers and app users via email chat and phone ensuring prompt assistance
  • Ensure all contractrelated matters are organized
  • Support new employees during their onboarding process
  • Assist with administrative tasks like VSO agreements and time registration
  • Review and verify the accuracy of documents arrange work permits
  • Continuously updated concerning legislation including NDA and GDPR compliance
  • Serve as the point of contact for all salaryrelated inquiries and manage payroll
  • Identify opportunities for smarter operations and contribute to process improvements based on feedback prioritizing efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
  • fluency in Dutch written and verbal as well as good level of English
  • Previous experience in payroll processing or HR support
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HR management systems
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws tax regulations and compliance issues related to payroll
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical skills to address payroll and HRrelated issues
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
