Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in French.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized solutions.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Good command of English (B2 level or above).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customerfocused attitude with problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
