Job Description
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results for discrepancies.
- Collaborate with development teams to define testing requirements.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
- Identify document and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Conduct performance and load testing to assess application stability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on best practices.
- Continuously improve test processes by adopting new testing tools and methods.
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test cases and plans.
- Work within Agile methodologies and participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Mentor junior QA team members in automation practices.
- Integrate automated tests into the build process to ensure continuous quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in QA automation.
- Support manual testing efforts when automation is not applicable.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to prioritize testing efforts.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in QA automation and testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium TestNG or similar.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java Python or C#.
- Strong understanding of web services and APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or Travis CI.
- Knowledge of database testing and SQL queries.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA TestRail or similar.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Detailoriented with a passion for quality assurance.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced Agile environment.
- Familiarity with cloudbased testing environments.
- Experience in a variety of platforms including web and mobile applications.
- Certifications in software testing (ISTQB) a plus.
