Job Description
- Lead engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and enhance engineering design processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
- Mentor junior engineers providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure quality and precision in engineering solutions.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for projects.
- Monitor project progress ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Implement best practices for engineering design and development.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Engage in problemsolving to address technical challenges and obstacles.
- Research and integrate advanced technologies and methodologies into engineering practices.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Develop technical documentation and reports for engineering projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field; Master s preferred.
- 5 years of experience in engineering preferably in a senior role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with industrystandard engineering software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and presentations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Proficient in technical documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to mentor and develop junior engineers.
- Strong analytical skills for datadriven decision making.
- Project management certification (PMP/PMI) is a plus.
