Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the European market for RT modality.
- Lead sales strategy for RT products collaborating with the sales team to meet commercial goals enhance win rates increase gross margins and expand market share.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis for RT modalities; collaborate with sales headquarters and business units to develop product strategies tailored to each European market.
- Coordinate gotomarket strategies and new product launches for RT modalities in Europe with HQ/BU.
- Identify and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with local teams to boost brand visibility and influence.
- Oversee all business management aspects of RT modality across Europe.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Over 5 years of experience in the diagnostic imaging and equipment industry.
- At least 5 years of management experience in the diagnostic imaging and equipment sector.
- Preferably experienced in managing premium medical imaging equipment.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficiency in sales management CRM and Office software.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Europe.
