Salary:
Fresher: 22000 Take Home
Experienced: Up to 27000 Take Home
Transport: Oneway cab with door pickup
Industry: BPO/Call Centre
Joining: Immediate to 30 days
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone (International Voice Support).
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information to customers while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Document interactions in the system for recordkeeping.
Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong listening and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Willingness to work in night shifts (US Time Zone).
Customeroriented approach with a positive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria:
01 year of experience in customer support (BPO/Call Centre experience preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory.
