Responsibilities
To process the insurance claims request by patients in the hospital
- Ensure compliance with healthcare insurance regulations and policies
- Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding insurance queries and payments
- Utilize medical terminology in insurance documentation and communication
- Analyze insurance data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Problemsolve insurancerelated issues with attention to detail
- Perform any other duties related to insurance processing and administration
