Job Description: Chief Financial Officer Pharma
Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and execute the companys financial strategy in alignment with shortterm and longterm business objectives.
Drive initiatives to achieve sustainable financial growth and operational efficiency.

Corporate Finance & Investments
Oversee corporate finance activities including treasury taxation accounting fundraising mergers & acquisitions and financial restructuring.
Evaluate investment portfolios and identify opportunities for optimizing returns.

Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decisionmaking.
Analyze financial performance and present actionable insights to the leadership team.

Risk Management & Compliance
Establish and manage effective risk management frameworks to safeguard the companys financial stability.
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulatory and corporate governance standards.

Operational Excellence
Design and implement costefficiency measures to enhance profitability.
Partner with crossfunctional teams to improve operational effectiveness and financial outcomes.

Key Requirements:
Chartered Accountant with 22 years of postqualification experience.
Proven CFO experience in a listed Pharma/FMCG/Manufacturing firm.
Must have managed the annual revenues of 6000 Crores to 15000 Cr.
Expertise in treasury taxation corporate accounting budgeting strategic planning investor relations compliance and risk management.
Proven experience in managing large teams.
