Your ability to communicate fluently in German and resolve technical issues will be key to enhancing user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming technical support requests via phone email and chat in German.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the relevant IT teams when necessary.
- Guide users through stepbystep solutions and ensure effective problem resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of support interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes.
