Job Description

Overview


This is a CONTRACTURAL / FREELANCER position is designed for recruitment experts and talent acquisition professionals who are skilled in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

The significant part of the work will be reviewing mentoring and quality checks on the work by juniors as well as maintaining client communication.

As a freelancer you will work closely with various HR recruiters and departments to understand their recruitment needs and align on candidate profiles. This role emphasizes flexibility and the ability to adapt to different organizational cultures while maintaining effective recruiting processes. Your contribution directly impacts the organizations ability to hire the best talent ultimately influencing overall performance and growth. The Freelance HR Recruiter will leverage a range of recruiting strategies including networking job fairs and online recruitment tools to ensure the organization has access to a diverse pool of candidates.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet staffing goals.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract candidates.
  • Manage teams who post job openings on multiple platforms to maximize visibility.
  • manage teams who Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Observe and Review Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments done by team
  • Manage Teams which Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • FAdvise on recruitment best practices and improvements.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain communication.
  • Ensure hiring processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various platforms.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices
  • Ability to manage the team and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in using social media and job boards for recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong team management and decisionmaking skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and ethics.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and a fastpaced environment.
