Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead architectural discussions and create solution designs for complex Salesforce projects.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop best practices for Salesforce configuration and custom development.
- Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
- Define and maintain Salesforce integration architecture ensuring efficient data flow.
- Manage Salesforce releases features and data migrations in a timely manner.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Monitor Salesforce environment and ensure optimal performance and security standards.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for implementation.
- Document architecture decisions project plans and technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Salesforce best practices.
- Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries related to Salesforce.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Handson experience with Apex Lightning Visualforce and other Salesforce technologies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce integrations using REST SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Experience with data modeling and management in Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management techniques.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and detailoriented approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and foster team collaboration.
- Experience in leading Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.
