Job Description
ob Title: Salesforce Platform Architect
Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and customizing applications within the Salesforce platform leveraging tools and technologies such as OmniStudio Business Rule Engine Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows Integrations and Apex. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and a proven track record of delivering highquality solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development:
o Design develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform using OmniStudio Business Rule Engine LWC Flows and Apex.
o Design develop and implement Service cloud solution using Omnichannel Next Best Action SLAs Email to Case Assignment rules Skills Queues etc.
o Develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications components and integrations.
o Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and meet best practices and coding standards.
Integration:
o Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other external systems using APIs middleware and other integration tools.
o Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
Customization and Configuration:
o Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs including creating custom objects fields workflows validation rules and process builders.
o Utilize Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes and workflows.
Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
o Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
o Participate in Agile development processes including daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
Testing and Deployment:
o Perform unit testing integration testing and code reviews to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
o Deploy changes to higher environments following established change management processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience:
o Proven experience (5 years) as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on OmniStudio Business Rule Engine LWC Flows Integrations and Apex.
o Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data model and security model.
o Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs MuleSoft or similar middleware.
Skills:
o Proficiency in OmniStudio(OmniScript Flexcards Data Raptors & Integration Procedures) Apex JavaScript and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
o Strong analytical problemsolving and debugging skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification is required.
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification is required.
Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant certification is preferred.
