Job Description

Key Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager (Corporate Travel Solutions)
A renowned travel company is looking for a dynamic professional to manage relationships with key corporate clients in the travel sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Client Accounts: Build strong relationships and ensure smooth travel solutions.
  • Grow Accounts: Enhance client retention and spot opportunities for upselling.
  • Train & Educate: Conduct product training and share new updates with clients.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Work with internal teams to resolve challenges quickly.
  • Analyze & Report: Offer datadriven insights and optimization recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate: Work with internal teams to create seamless client experiences.
  • Stay Current: Stay informed about the corporate travel industry to advise clients effectively.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Travel Management or related field.
  • 4 years in travel or corporate account management.
  • Strong CRM proficiency preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
