A renowned travel company is looking for a dynamic professional to manage relationships with key corporate clients in the travel sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Client Accounts: Build strong relationships and ensure smooth travel solutions.
- Grow Accounts: Enhance client retention and spot opportunities for upselling.
- Train & Educate: Conduct product training and share new updates with clients.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Work with internal teams to resolve challenges quickly.
- Analyze & Report: Offer datadriven insights and optimization recommendations to clients.

- Stay Current: Stay informed about the corporate travel industry to advise clients effectively.
Requirements :
- Bachelor s degree in Business Travel Management or related field.
- 4 years in travel or corporate account management.
- Strong CRM proficiency preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
