Overview
The RNFL Manager of MedSurg is a pivotal role within our healthcare organization responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the MedicalSurgical department. This leadership position is essential for ensuring that the highest standards of patient care are maintained while managing staff resources and patient flow efficiently. Key to this role is the ability to enhance patient safety improve clinical outcomes and support a collaborative environment among nursing staff. The manager will work closely with physicians nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to create a culture of excellence in service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can make informed decisions while navigating the everchanging landscape of healthcare. The RNFL Manager will also be responsible for budget management compliance with licensing and accreditation standards and implementing evidencebased practices. The success of this role directly influences patient satisfaction and overall departmental performance making it integral to the organizations mission of providing exceptional healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Seeking RECENT ACUTE CARE RN leadership experience at least 23 years of Supervisor/Manager level experience.
- *Open to any adult inpatient experience from an acute hospital setting HOWEVER The Facility STRONLY PREFERS CANDIDATES HAVING LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE in Med/Surgical PCU ICU etc.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 23 years of clinical nursing experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role in a healthcare setting.
