Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Oversee the endtoend development of our core product focusing on scalability performance and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Define and implement the technical architecture and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Team Building: Recruit mentor and lead a highperforming engineering team as the company scales.
- HandsOn Contribution: Actively contribute to coding setting high standards for code quality and best practices.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with product design and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer Technical Lead or in a similar role preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.
- Expertise in insert specific technology stack/tools relevant to the company e.g. Python JavaScript React Node.js etc..
- Strong knowledge of system design architecture principles and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for creating outstanding products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in earlystage startups or founding teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and scalable microservices architecture.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
