Job Description
Fresher Production Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the production floor.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Support the production team in achieving production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in machine setup and troubleshooting as required.
- Conduct quality checks on products and report any discrepancies.
- Participate in regular safety audits and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements.
- Document production data accurately and maintain records.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
- Engage in continuous learning to keep up with product and process updates.
- Report any machine malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field (freshers are welcome).
- Basic understanding of production processes and principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and practices.
- Capacity to handle physical demands of the role.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including shifts if required.
- No significant prior work experience is necessary; internships can be a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and guidelines closely.
