Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems Computer Science Data Science Business Analytics or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
- At least five (5) years of industry experience in analytics and information systems with a minimum of three (3) years in a leadership role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customercentric and collaborative approach.
- Proven ability to drive results in fastpaced environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal timemanagement and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in business intelligence data science and visualization tools such as:
- Database/Query Languages: SQL Oracle Snowflake Vertica
- Visualization Tools: Tableau (preferred) Power BI Qlik Spotfire
- Data Prep/Transformation Tools: Alteryx Hadoop Tableau Prep Talend
- Statistical Tools: R SAS SPSS Minitab
- Data Science Tools: Python R DataRobot Anaconda

- Provide executivelevel support for highquality datadriven decisionmaking through tailored analytics products and solutions.
Financial and Resource Management:
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by managing project finances and departmental resources.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and regulatory agencies.
- Serve as a key advisor to executives influencing datadriven strategies and outcomes.
Solution Development and Innovation:
- Oversee the design and delivery of analytic solutions that drive operational efficiency and performance.
- Manage foundational analytic systems and tools ensuring their availability and alignment with strategic growth.
Governance and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and enforce quality controls adhering to standards such as HIPAA security protocols and organizational policies.
Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:
- Mentor team members and support analytics community growth through training and sharing of best practices.
- Promote the utilization of existing analytics tools and solutions to foster datadriven decisions across the organization.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure safe and efficient operations adhering to organizational standards for quality productivity and time management.
- Model the organization s service standards by delivering personalized compassionate and efficient care to all stakeholders.
