SAP HCM/ECP Payroll Integration Lead (USA or Canada)
Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of SAP HCM and ECP (USA or Canada) systems for payroll processing.
- Develop and maintain project plans for system implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Ensure accurate configuration of payroll components in SAP HCM and ECP.
- Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in payroll integration.
- Analyze payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues
- Liaise with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration processes.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance across the board.
- Document integration processes configurations and best practices for future reference.
- Assist in troubleshooting payroll issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Participate in regular project meetings to provide status updates and seek feedback.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and external partners as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP HCM and ECP specifically in USA or Canada payroll modules.
- Proven experience in managing payroll integration projects.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and related regulations for USA or Canada.
- Expertise in SAP integration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and lead training sessions.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques for payroll data analysis.
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outputs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Professional certifications related to SAP or payroll processes are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed for project requirements.
