Overview
The SAP HCM/ECP Payroll Integration Lead is a pivotal role within our organization overseeing the integration of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) systems across the United States or Canada. This position ensures that payroll processing is streamlined and aligns with the companys operational needs and objectives. The role requires a thorough understanding of payroll processes SAP configuration and the ability to manage various integration tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of SAP HCM and ECP (USA or Canada) systems for payroll processing.
- Develop and maintain project plans for system implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Ensure accurate configuration of payroll components in SAP HCM and ECP.
- Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in payroll integration.
- Analyze payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues
- Liaise with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration processes.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance across the board.

- Assist in troubleshooting payroll issues and ensuring timely resolutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP HCM and ECP specifically in USA or Canada payroll modules.
- Proven experience in managing payroll integration projects.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and related regulations for USA or Canada.
- Expertise in SAP integration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
