Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of client needs to develop tailored onboarding plans.
- Guide clients through the setup and optimization of their HubSpot accounts.
- Assist with data migration and integration of existing systems into HubSpot.
- Provide training sessions to clients on HubSpot tools and best practices.
- Develop instructional materials and resources to support client training.
- Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting during the onboarding phase.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with clients to define their marketing and sales objectives.
- Customize HubSpot features to align with clientspecific business goals.
- Ensure that clients are effectively utilizing tools such as CRM marketing automation and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their longterm needs.
- Conduct followup assessments to ensure continued user success postonboarding.
- Stay updated on HubSpot product developments and industry trends.
- Provide insight and recommendations to clients for optimizing their HubSpot usage.
- Prepare regular reports on onboarding program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 2 years of experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Proficient in CRM onboarding and implementation processes.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in providing client training and support.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients.
- Analytical mindset with problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Certifications in HubSpot (e.g. HubSpot Inbound Certification).
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in developing instructional materials.
- Ability to adapt to client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry practices.
