Amazon Connect Voice Engineer
The AWS Connect Voice Engineer plays a crucial role in designing implementing and managing voice solutions using AWS Connect. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement voice solutions using AWS Connect.
- Configure and optimize contact flows to support business requirements.
- Integrate AWS Connect with other AWS services and thirdparty applications.
- Troubleshoot voice issues and provide technical support to clients.
- Monitor system performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new voice features.
- Develop and maintain necessary documentation for voice solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in oncall support rotations as required.
- Conduct training sessions for staff and users on AWS Connect functionalities.
- Evaluate and implement best practices for voicerelated workflows.
- Assist in the deployment of new voice features and updates.
- Keep abreast of AWS service updates and enhancements.
- Coordinate testing phases for newly implemented solutions.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for voice processes and systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 35 years of experience in voice engineering or telecommunications.
- Handson experience with AWS Connect and related services.
- Strong understanding of SIP protocols and telephony systems.
- Proficiency in network configuration and telephony solutions.
- Experience with troubleshooting voice systems and applications.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and AWS environment.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer support principles and practices.
- Experience in system integration and project management.
- AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
