Job Description
- Extensive experience in the implementation and support of CA Identity Manager (Broadcom CA IDM).
- Strong handson experience with Policy Xpress for managing events action rules and provisioning policies.
- Expertise in IDM connectors for syncing user attributes from HR feeds to endpoints.
- Proficient in creating and managing Provisioning Roles using the Provisioning Manager tool.
- Experience with postgolive support system monitoring troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Directory Services Experience: Familiarity with Active Directory Oracle/Sun Directory Server OpenLDAP or CA Directory.
- Ability to provide guidance and collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both technical and nontechnical.
- Lead the implementation configuration and maintenance of CA Identity Manager solutions.
- Design and manage policies using Policy Xpress and create Provisioning Roles.
- Coordinate with development teams to support integration efforts and provide guidance on testing.
- Provide ongoing postgolive support including system monitoring and incident resolution.
- Assist with HR feed synchronization and ensure accurate user data propagation to various endpoints.
- Collaborate with application developers for seamless directory environment integration.
