They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join the Human Resources team. The L&D Manager will be responsible for designing implementing and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance the skills performance and knowledge of our employees. This role will play a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with companys business goals and objectives
Design and implement learning programs workshops and initiatives that address the development needs of employees at all levels
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth and career progression
Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of delivery methods including inperson virtual and blended learning
Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization
Collaborate with leadership and managers to integrate learning solutions with performance management systems ensuring alignment with employee goals and organizational objectives
Partner with external vendors and consultants to source develop and deliver highquality training content when necessary
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and data analysis. Report on learning outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Design and implement leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders within the organization.
Manage the learning and development budget ensuring costeffective solutions that deliver measurable ROI
What You Will Need:
Minimum of 510 years of experience in learning and development with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and elearning platforms
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problemsolving
High level of integrity professionalism and adaptability in a fastpaced dynamic environment
