Field Service Engineer Service Responsibilities:
- Responsible servicing and repairing mobile CT machines that move from site to site to meet customer demand. Must travel!
- Experience working on GESiemens and Philips CT machines.
- Performs scheduled maintenance and operation verification procedures on complex medical imaging equipment
- Repairs installs and calibrates complex medical imaging equipment devices and systems
- Informs managers of the status of repairs scheduled inspections unusual equipment situations and any customer concerns
- Performs periodic inspections of current inventory status and maintains inventory of common failure parts to ensure equipment uptime
- Works with directs and documents the activities of subcontractors vendors and outside service technicians to ensure proper service delivery
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A.S. Degree from an accredited school in electronicsor DOD certification or equivalent experience.
- 5 years working onCT machines. Multivendor.
- Experience working in medical facilities in a professional manner
- Ability to perform orderly and efficient work while adhering to medical facility policy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
