Job Description
- Develop backend features and integrations using Python and Django (7080% of your role)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers
- Enhance monitoring systems and conduct performance testing
- Participate in rotational oncall support for platform stability
- 8 years of experience in software engineering specifically in Python and Django
- DevOps expertise in AWS Docker and Kubernetes
- Startup experience (VCbacked teams under 200)
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Flexibility to contribute across backend engineering and platform/DevOps tasks (this is not a DevOpsonly role)
