Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and mentor a team of engineers supporting their career growth and development.
- Guide the design and development of software solutions primarily leveraging Python.
- Work closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Ensure code quality scalability and performance by conducting regular code reviews and advocating for best practices.
- Stay handson by contributing to the codebase particularly for highpriority or complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership especially in Python fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong handson experience with Python in a production environment.
- Prior experience leading or managing engineering teams.
- Proven success in delivering scalable highquality software solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the skill to inspire and guide a team.
- Familiarity with React JS and TypeScript is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fastpaced startup or techdriven environment.
- Understanding of modern development practices including CI/CD DevOps and cloud technologies.
- Proactive mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
