Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision roadmap and strategy to align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work with engineering design sales and marketing teams to deliver products on time and within scope.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis competitor research and customer feedback collection to ensure the product meets market demands.
- Product Roadmap: Prioritize product features based on business goals customer feedback and market trends.
- UserCentric Design: Define product requirements and collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive and engaging product designs.
- Agile Methodology: Manage the product backlog define user stories and lead sprint planning and reviews in an Agile framework.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Use metrics analytics and user feedback to measure product performance and iterate for improvement.
- GotoMarket Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch new products and drive adoption.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 25 years of experience in product management or a related role preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of technical concepts (software development processes APIs data architecture) to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Agile Methodology: Experience in Agile development environments with the ability to write user stories and manage backlogs.
- Market Research: Strong skills in competitive analysis user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate product strategies features and roadmaps to stakeholders.
- DataDriven: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel etc.) to derive insights and make informed product decisions.
- CustomerFocused: Ability to translate customer needs into product features and prioritize them effectively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a creative and proactive approach to challenges.
