Job Description

Ready to embrace a new adventure in Portugal

We are looking for fluent Dutch speakers with a good English level to work in customer support positions. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

Speak proficiently (C1/C2) Dutch and have a good English level (B2)
Experience in outbound sales and digital marketing
Strong negotiation skills

What you will have to do:

Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email identifying sales opportunities;

Manage a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients with responsibility of growing

revenue for their business.

Research and discover fundamental understanding of verticals/market/s industry and client business models.

Identify sales opportunities and provide clients tailored solution/s to meet their goals
