Overview
The Digital Marketing Officer plays a crucial role in developing implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services across digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing techniques and a creative mindset to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the companys website and social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns including Google AdWords Facebook Ads and other paid marketing initiatives.
- Utilize SEO techniques to increase the companys online presence and improve website visibility in search engine results.
- Create engaging content for digital channels including social media posts email campaigns and website blogs.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics and track campaign performance to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure a consistent brand image and message across all digital marketing initiatives.
- Identify trends in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to enhance and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage and maintain the companys social media presence including creating and updating profiles posting regular content and responding to customer inquiries.
- Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify digital marketing opportunities and competitor strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns and projects.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to target specific customer segments and promote products or services.
- Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to make datadriven decisions to optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute digital promotions including webinars contests and other online events to drive engagement and conversions.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO SEM and social media marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Proficiency in content creation for digital platforms including copywriting and graphic design skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
