Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Engineering: Oversee the engineering function guiding the design architecture and development of innovative solutions.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with the founding team to establish the company s strategic technical direction.
- Team Building: Recruit mentor and cultivate a strong engineering team in India.
- System Oversight: Supervise the development and deployment of scalable reliable and highperformance systems.
- Culture Development: Foster a culture of innovation excellence and collaboration within the engineering team.
- HandsOn Leadership: Act as a handson leader by directly contributing to the codebase and addressing complex technical challenges.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 5 years in software engineering with a strong emphasis on backend technologies.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in designing building and deploying scalable systems.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python or other modern programming languages.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to manage and grow an engineering team effectively.
- Startup Experience: Experience in fastpaced startup environments and the capacity to wear multiple hats.
- ProblemSolving & Communication: Excellent problemsolving skills along with strong communication abilities.
