Position Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced strategic and handson CFO to join their executive team. This role will be pivotal in guiding their financial strategy capital allocation and risk management as they scale. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure financial robustness investor relations and operational efficiency to fuel sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership: Drive the company s financial planning and budgeting processes ensuring alignment with the client s strategic goals and growth trajectory.
Capital Allocation & Fundraising: Develop and lead capital strategies including fundraising investor relations and optimizing capital structure to fuel expansion.
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee accurate financial reporting regulatory compliance and adherence to financial standards ensuring transparency and accountability.
DataDriven Decision Making: Use datadriven insights to guide company decisions working with analytics teams to evaluate KPIs and align financial performance with strategic objectives.
Risk Management: Identify monitor and manage financial risks implementing effective internal controls and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of collaboration growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or advanced finance degree preferred.
Experience: 10 years of experience in senior finance roles with a proven track record as a CFO or similar leadership role in a highgrowth technology or aviationfocused company.
Skills: Strong financial acumen proficiency in financial analysis forecasting and capital markets. Experience with AI or techdriven financial strategies is a plus.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence inspire and drive crossfunctional alignment across the organization.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with board members investors and key stakeholders.
