Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Frontend Development: Lead the development of crossplatform mobile applications using Flutter delivering high performance and seamless user experiences.
- Technical Leadership: Provide direction and mentorship to the frontend team ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with designers product managers and backend engineers to build user interfaces and features aligned with business requirements.
- Innovation: Stay current with mobile development trends introducing new ideas and techniques to enhance product offerings.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize mobile applications for speed scalability and security.
- Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer focused on mobile app development with Flutter.
- Strong expertise in Dart programming and the Flutter framework.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs thirdparty libraries and tools like Firebase.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team with previous experience in a leadership role preferred.
- Proficient with version control (e.g. Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
