Job Description
What You Will Do
- Identify antipatterns and advocate for longterm strategic investments to create a robust foundation for future initiatives.
- Develop and implement learning frameworks that effectively anticipate and manage various project scenarios.
- Provide strategic oversight with a comprehensive view to ensure the team maintains a broad and impactful perspective.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to clearly define milestones and achieve objectives outlined in the product roadmap.
- Drive project breakdowns and estimations ensuring clarity and accuracy throughout the process.
- Guide the team in delivering highquality projects on schedule.
- Dedicate time to mentor and develop team members fostering their professional growth and enhancing overall team capabilities.
- Lead the design of scalable maintainable and highquality architectural solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Mentor the team in these practices to significantly improve our software systems.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends introducing innovative ideas that enhance our practices and inspire colleagues.
- Promote an environment of open communication and constructive feedback driving continuous growth at both organizational and personal levels.
- Challenge conventional approaches and consistently advocate for higher standards.
What You Need to Bring
- Extensive experience in architecting and developing complex web applications coupled with exceptional debugging skills. While specializing in frontend technologies you should also have a solid understanding of various technologies across the stack typically acquired over 8 years.
- Proficiency in Programming Languages: Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript with a strong grasp of frameworks like React.
- FrontEnd Development: Indepth knowledge of modern frontend technologies including HTML CSS React and Redux (preferably with ReduxSaga). Strong debugging skills and the ability to manage complex logic.
- Testing and Debugging: Strong capabilities in writing unit integration and endtoend tests using frameworks like Jest and Cypress.
- Familiarity with Build Tools: Knowledge of modern frontend build pipelines and associated tools.
