Job Description

Job Summary:
Idea Usher is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing Intern with a background in the B2B industry particularly in IT services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth brand awareness and lead generation in a competitive B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Design implement and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at promoting IT services to B2B clients.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns including email marketing content marketing and digital advertising.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape using insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to produce highquality content including blogs whitepapers case studies and social media posts that resonate with B2B audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Brand Management: Enhance brand positioning and messaging in the B2B IT services market ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using datadriven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales product and development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and product launches.
  • Event Management: Plan and manage industry events webinars and trade shows to promote Idea Ushers services and generate business opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 35 years of marketing experience in the B2B industry with a strong focus on IT services.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing content marketing and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools CRM software and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
