Overview:
The SAP ABAP HR Consultant plays a crucial role in driving the success of the organization by leveraging their expertise in SAP ABAP development and HR domain knowledge to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design develop and customize SAP ABAP programs and interfaces to support HR processes.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP HR modules and integration with other SAP modules.
- Support and enhance existing SAP ABAP HR functionalities and interfaces.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementation projects and provide postgolive support.
- Perform code reviews debugging and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
- Document technical designs development activities and configuration changes.
- Stay updated with SAP HR and ABAP technology advancements and best practices.
- Train end users and provide technical support as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant with a focus on HR modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP HR ABAP programming including BAPIs BADIs userexits and custom developments.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Experience in SAP HR data migration reporting and integration with other SAP modules.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors will be a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications in SAP HR and ABAP will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori UI5 and OData services is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
