Job Summary :
As an RPA Lead you will be responsible for turning Business and IT requirements into Automation and clearly defining the systems interfaces data and infrastructure of each process automation.
Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong employee engagement throughout the organization.
Conduct detailed Level Assessments of Automation Opportunities by analyzing evaluating and revising business processes and end user needs.
Drive the daytoday operations of the RPA Project Team at TFO .
Drive the idea of RPA through interacting with businesses and functions across TFO.
Lead any impediments to progress facilitating meetings make sure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint.
Maintain business support and stakeholder alignment through demonstration of ongoing value generation.
Owner and provider of automation capability .
Process reengineering for an improvement regarding automation potential.
Providing oversight and overall direction of TFO Automation initiatives.
Responsible for funding and overall budget.
Responsible for senior stakeholder engagement and internal demand generation at senior levels.
Support the opportunity identification configuration and implementation of additional automation solutions .
Work experience: 4 years of experience in professional environments for a top tier firm
Preferred experience in large scale digital transformation and process. optimization.
Education:
Relevant Bachelors Degree with a preferred major in Engineering Finance or Economics from a toptier academic institution.
