Job Description
- Design develop and implement automation workflows using UIPath.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations.
- Create technical documentation for RPA solutions and processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automated processes.
- Maintain and monitor RPA systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Enhance existing automation solutions based on user feedback.
- Provide training and support to endusers on newly implemented solutions.
- Stay updated on latest RPA trends and technologies.
- Work closely with IT to integrate RPA with existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Leverage analytical skills to evaluate automation metrics.
- Assist in developing best practices for RPA implementation.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for automation processes.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in RPA development specifically with UIPath.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in coding languages such as C# VB.NET or Python.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
- Handson experience with process mapping and analysis.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Certification in UIPath or relevant RPA technologies preferred.
- Experience with prioritizing automation opportunities based on ROI.
- Understanding of essentials like version control and deployment strategies.
- Dedication to continuous learning and improving technology skills.
